All payments made on ST Finserv are final. We do not offer cancellations once a service request has been processed.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in cases of failed, duplicate, or incorrect transactions where the amount has been debited but the service has not been initiated.

Refund Request Process

Users must raise a refund request within 7 working days by contacting our support team with valid transaction details.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for successfully delivered services, incorrect user information, or delays caused by third-party institutions.
